All templates sold on Football Templates are digital products delivered by email download link. Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the template for your own professional or personal coaching, scouting, or club management purposes.

After a successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link. This link is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If your link expires before you have downloaded your file, please contact us at hello@footballtemplates.com and we will issue a new one.
It is your responsibility to ensure you can open and use the file formats provided (PowerPoint .pptx, Keynote .key, PDF .pdf, Word .docx) before purchasing. File format compatibility information is listed on each product page.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. If you experience a technical issue with a file — such as a corrupted download or incorrect content — please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
If you have not yet accessed your download link, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Football Templates does not store your payment card details. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
All template designs, layouts, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of Football Templates. Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the design.
Football Templates provides templates on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that templates will meet every specific requirement or workflow. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
